Welcome to our website!  Our goal at Homewatch of Amelia Island is to make your travels worry free by allowing us to keep watch over your home.  You'll be kept informed of it's security and condition and receive timely information and remedy assistance on any sudden change caused for weather, wear or vandalism.  We are insured and bonded. Let us customize a service to fit your needs and budget.

Our Basic Home Service includes holding a key and visits to check your home an agreed upon number of times while you're away.  See our Services page for a complete list of interior and exterior check points. Additional services do include pet care. You choose the level of service: Daily, twice a week, weekly, bi-weekly or once a month. We gladly offer a complimentary first meeting or we can set up our service by phone or through email.
