Exterior:

• Walk your property and visually check doors, fencing, windows, screens, faucets and roof (ground level check).
• Check landscaping for proper sprinkler spread and any signs of storm damage.
• Visually check pool and spa.
• Visually check for pest infestation.
• Pick up mail, flyers, newspapers and wind blown trash.

Interior:

• Check ceilings and plumbing for evidence of any water leaks - includes looking under cabinets.
• Verify all windows and doors are locked.
• Check electrical panel and reset breakers if necessary.
• Flush toilets, run water in all sinks and tubs.
• Run dishwasher on short cycle, run garbage disposal to ensure seals don't dry out. (for long term travelers.)
• Check thermostat for proper setting
• Test smoke detectors for proper operation
• Visually check for pest infestation.
• Move light timers to different areas upon request.
• Reset thermostat for your return.
